Refund Policy

RETURNS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns. Change of mind includes any reason other than where an item is deemed to have a major physical fault by our customer care department, including instances where a style didn't suit you or did not fit how you wanted or expected it to. You must submit your return request within 15 days of placing your order. Your item must be physically damaged upon arrival to you. We are not responsible for damage caused by a customer. It must also be in the original packaging when returned. 

Please note, if you've requested an exchange and the requested product is not available, you'll be issued with a credit voucher for the returned item.

All approved returned orders will be issued with a store credit note to the value of the item(s) returned less any shipping costs. Online credit notes are valid for 12 months. 

We do not allow returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Products received without authorization.
  • Products purchased during a promotional sale period (more than 30%) or on markdown/final sale
  • Products received in a condition other than their original condition
  • Products without their boxes in perfect condition
  • Products that appear worn, smell of perfume, deodorant or body odor.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be emailed to you, within seven business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@causebracelet.co.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@causebracelet.co and send your item to: 520 Broadway, Suite 400-157, Santa Monica, CA, 90401, United States.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 520 Broadway, Suite 400-157, Santa Monica, CA, 90401, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
